1930s House Renovation - West Moors, Dorset

We were appointed to develop interior design concepts, floor plans, and elevations for this 1930s home in West Moors. The property had remained largely untouched for 35 years, featuring woodchip walls, polystyrene ceiling tiles in the kitchen, carpeted bathrooms, and outdated wiring.

Our work included detailed layouts and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) schedules for key rooms. While the client managed the refurbishment with their own contractor, this project showcases the quality and clarity of our interior design presentations and documentation. A great example of how we support clients through concept design and planning, even when working remotely from the build.
